First, we make stripes with the following sizes:

drill holes gradually from small to large 13mm sizes

Also make a hole from the side to the point using a 3.5mm drill bit

Also the bottom too, but not to penetrate only about 0.5mm - 0.7mm only

Then we make threads on the right or left and the bottom that we made a hole earlier using the M4 size hand tap

Enlarge the hole on one side with a size of 8mm, its function is to plant or house the bolt head, so that the bolt head is flat with the surface of the plate

Also enlarge one side of the 3.5mm hole in the 8mm hole with a size of 4 to 5 mm with a depth of half of the material (not translucent)

Let's try to install the bolts ...

The head of the bolt is immersed, flush with the plate.

Draw a sketch line for the top shape, and the middle part line for the bottom as well.

Then split and cut using a hacksaw

Then we will shape this top with a rounded shape using a grinding machine

Next, we smooth it using sandpaper on the rough surface and the corners so that it is not sharp

These edges need to be smoothed so that they are not sharp

First attach it to the 13mm diameter pipe piece and screw it in

Measure and mark the section of the thread for the bolt holes

Drill with a size of 4mm or 5mm as a tolerance so that it is easy to straighten the position of the plate.

Draw a line as a dividing mark for the bend with a size of 3cm

Bend with pliers until it forms an elbow

Mark 4cm again for the second bend

Then bend slowly a little at a time in the middle until it forms a "U"

We try to use PVC pipe, I use PVC size 1 1/4 "

The end of the roll must be longer than the end of the barrel, so that the thread that is on the spindle stays tight does not fade

After you feel the position is correct then tighten the bolts
